Case: Product launch of new upscale comprehensive appliance line (unheard of in their industry).
Objective: Reveal new product line to National Accounts Sales team, train them on the product while creating a collective “best-in-class” identity for the team. Emphasis on developing personal communication, sales and presentation skills.
Deliverable: Created a five-day corporate theatre, training and learning experience that focused on success training, teamwork, envisioning, professional achievement and growth.
Outcome: Sales team left event experience excited, energized and pumped up. Sales Team went on to post record sales in the following quarter, despite a failing economy and plummeting sales in the appliance industry as a whole.
